Faces of India – 251 Security Guard in Ceremonial Dress
Today’s pic for my faces of India series is a security guard from my own apartment. It was taken during the recently conducted Republic Day celebrations in our complex. The guards had reported for the event in their smart ceremonial dresses.
Bangalore is one of the highest recruiter of security guards in India. That has to be because of the huge number of residential high rise buildings and offices. They are mix of people from different states of India.
And during events like this, when they all assemble together, they seem to represent a mini India!
