Faces of India – 187 Local Tourists with Foreign Tourist
This is a common sight in Goa. Foreign tourists keen to get clicked with locals and the Indian tourists keen to get clicked with foreign tourists. It is a kind of mutual admiration. When these 3 ladies were posing for a pic I quietly stole a moment.
Faces of India
a series through which I intend to portray the various characters of my country whom I met during my travels. I bring back souvenirs, frozen moments from my travels, why not some memories of people I have met and interacted during the travels. Faces of India is a weekly series in my blog since MARCH 2011. See more here…
A lovely pic! And you've diagnosed it well as 'mutual admiration' or keenness to get clicked with each other. I visited Humayun's Tomb recently and witnessed something similar every few minutes.
Nice catch Indrani, different people from different parts of the globe but the fun factor unites them all.
So true. I got photographed so many times, and once in the tulip fields in La Conner, Washington, I was approached by an Indian family for the same purpose!
You could capture the essence behind being clicked.
