Loft 38 – A Restaurant Review

One of the most sophisticated restaurants I visited in my neighborhood is “Loft 38”. Stepping in, the ambiance took me to a different world altogether. Three floors, each of them with different furniture settings to cater to different groups of customers, are very impressive. A huge TV screen kept the foodies inside updated with football scores. Acoustics have been taken care of well with unique wall coverings made from timber sections. The waiters inside are a dedicated set of people which matters a lot.

Chef Nicolas Mondal

Once we bloggers settled in, the chef Nicolas Mondal kept presenting us with his signature dishes. I must say here that his style of presentation of food is excellent! 100 on 100! While the food was tempting and I relished each dish there, digging the fork into the well decorated food was difficult.

The Mezze Platter with Hummus, Babagnoush, Tzatziki, Falafel, Marinated Olives, Kidney Bean Salad, Syrian fattoush, pita and crackers. We spared none in this dish. Everything was devoured sincerely!

The jucilicious chicken leg and breast!

The main course dishes were in good decent quantity and quality. The one above is of Thai preparation: rice with chicken thai curry. I can never be bored of this combination, it is simple and filling.

It will be a sin if you are there and did not try out their sweet dishes! Like I said before the presentation urges you to dive for it.

If you are looking for a good combination of entertainment, good food and good service then “Loft 38” is THE place! Located on the busy 100ft road of Indiranagar it can be easily spotted
