Get Your Own Ferrari

LEGO! How does it sound to you? Does it deliver you happiness? Does it bring back a load of childhood memories? Do you get that urge to play once more with those bricks?

I had a mix of those emotions when I read my invite for “the exclusive preview of LEGO collection of Ferrari cars”. Shell, one of world’s leading fuel, oil and lubricant company, introduced 6 exclusive Ferrari model LEGO collectibles. All 6 of them are iconic vehicles in Ferrari’s motoring history!

The unveiling of the 6 models!

The models included in the promotion are Scuderia Ferrari truck, the Ferrari F40, the Ferrari 150 Italia, the Ferrari 458 Italia, the Ferrari FXX and the Ferrari 250GT Berlinetta. These are the smallest pull back motor ever produced by the LEGO group. The ‘micro propulsion’ motor is powerful enough to drive each packet sized vehicle at high speed, making them ready to race where you are!

The launch event was a fun filled one with competitions for the invitees. The shortest time span for assembling a car won the maximum cheers. One of the participants could complete assembling the tiny car in 4 mins. and 34 secs.

The best news is:
India is one of the few countries in the world to see the introduction of a range of limited edition, buildable, collectible Ferrari models made from LEGO bricks. They are available for purchase exclusively at Shell stations across India (Bangalore, Mysore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Surat and Baroda).

ATTENTION residents of Bangalore, Mysore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune,
Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Surat and Baroda.
