Faces of India – 143 from a Dhaba in Kufri Himachal Pradesh

Faces of India

a series through which I intend to portray the various characters of my country whom I met during my travels. I bring back souvenirs, frozen moments from my travels, why not some memories of people I have met and interacted during the travels. Faces of India is a weekly series in my blog since MARCH 2011. The lady who fed us, a bunch of tired travel bloggers, at the roadside dhaba (inn). Read about the Pahadi Pijja (Mountain Pizza) and see more pictures we had here. She is concentrating on the food she was preparing. Her husband and her young daughter was helping her, but she seemed more serious.

Later I came to know she is the aunt of the resort manager who directed us to her dhaba. Probably she took it upon her not to fail her nephew’s recommendation.
