He is a chef at Sai Vishram chain of hotels. I met him during our stay in camping trailer, in a scenic location near Harangi Dam backwaters, Kushalnagar, Coorg district. The camping trailer had cooking facilities and they provided us with a chef so that our stay would be hassle free. I still remember the delicious food he cooked for us and also took care to prepare different dishes in each of the meal we had there. He loves cooking and all his life he had been doing this. Service with a smile seems to be his motto!
