A month long International Pizza & Beer Carnival is on!

The mood is all set for foodies and beer lovers as California Pizza Kitchen, Bangalore gets ready to allure them for a variety of choices with the Pizza & Beer Carnival. The classic restaurant, with taste inspired from many countries, is ready to serve its patrons with the best of world flavors throughout this month long carnival.

Mexico – Southwest Burrito Pizza – Spicy Black Bean sauce, fire roasted chillies, mozzarella and other cheddar cheese on a regular crust

China – Beijing Style Veg Pizza – Soya and garlic flavored button mushrooms, baby corn bell peppers, cooked over fiery schezwan sauce on a traditional crust with mozzarella and cheddar, garnished with scallions.

The menu has been crafted to suit meat cravers and veggie lovers alike! The special pizzas are topped to capture the culinary spirit of the countries it represents. The flavors are well infused over the succulent base, making these recipes really unique leaving one wanting for more with every bite.

India – Kasundi Paneer Pizza – a trio of cottage cheese, roasted peppers and tomato marinated in Indian spiced mustard sauce on a thin crust topped with mozzarella and garnished with fresh coriander leaves.

Italy – Capriciossa Pizza – Thin crispy crust smothered with smothered with Italian Pormodoro and mozzarella cheese and then topped with artichoke hearts, kalamata olives and fresh sliced mushroom garnished with hand torn basil.

While the veggie lovers can enjoy the mix of Soya and Garlic flavoured Button Mushrooms, Bell Peppers and Shiitake over a fiery schezwan sauce in the Beijing Style Veg Pizza, there are other exciting options like Capriciossa Pizza, Kasundi Paneer Pizza and Brussels Pizza to choose from.

United Kingdom – Fish & Chips Pizza – Thin crispy crust loaded with CPK tartare sauce, mozzarella cheese, onion rings, fried fish and capers, finished with lime cream sauce and crispy spiced fries.

 Germany – Sauerbraten Pizza – Traditional sauerkraut, shredded chicken, sliced onion on a regular crust with mozzarella cheese baked to a crisp golden crust and then topped with german potato salad.

For the meat lovers, the menu boasts of a variety like the Sauerbraten Pizza with traditional sauerkraut, shredded chicken with Mozzarella cheese baked to a crisp golden crust, topped with German potato salad, Fish & Chips Pizza and Cheeseburger Pizza amongst others.

To give your palates that extra satisfaction one can pair the pizzas with beers from the respective nations such as the Chinese beer Tsing Tao to go with the Beijing Style Veg Pizza, or the German beer Schinieder Weisse with the Sauerbraten Pizza. Highlights from the menu offer visitors a choice of pizzas
matched with beers of the respective countries and further they can also individually order for pizzas and beers of their preference.
